An Offset Laser Measurement Method for the Deviation Analysis of Cylindrical Gears

چکیده
Generally, in the laser measurement of gears, beam passes through center gear, and displacement sensor reads spatial distance from gear involute tooth surface to sensor. However, this method, angle between normal vector measured is too large, which affects accuracy stability data. This paper proposes an offset method. The by a certain form larger incident with surface, can effectively address problem increase accuracy. Through selection optimal distance, range positions was obtained clarified experiments. We solved data conversion caused change measuring position, we pitch deviation helix confirm feasibility According theoretical calculation experimental verification, it found that method has advantages better less fluctuation It is, thus, suitable for precision measurement.
